BBC Earth Experience is open 7 days a week. Prices start from £15 for children and £19 for adults.
Entry to the experience is timed. Please arrive during the timeslot stated on your ticket.

Getting here
The BBC Earth Experience is based at the former site of Earls Court 2.
The venue can be accessed via our main entrance on Empress Place.

The nearest London Underground stations are:
West Brompton [District Line / Overground],
(no step-free access) (7 min walk)

Bus
The closest bus stops to the venue are located along Old Brompton Road and Empress Place Approach, adjacent to the site.
Bus numbers 74, 190, 430, N74, N97 all stop within a few minute’s walk.
Bike
Nearest TfL bike hire can be found here. There are dedicated cycle racks provided at the venue.
Car
We are encouraging all visitors to travel sustainably as such there is no parking available at the venue.

Facilities
Safety and Security
As part our security measures to keep everyone safe we may ask to search your bag on entry to the experience. Please ensure all bags are able to be opened and checked e.g. no cellophane wrapping.
Bicycle Racks
There are dedicated cycle racks provided at the venue for visitors.
Lockers
Lockers are available to store belongings whilst in the experience. These are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note we are unable to accommodate large items of luggage or suitcases so recommend that you travel light.
Buggies
Please ask a steward on arrival where to park your buggy. Please be prepared to fold it and ensure that you keep any valuables with you at all times. Please note all items left in the lockers and buggy park are left at the owner’s risk.
Toilets
An accessible toilet and changing places toilet are available on the ground floor before you enter the experience.
Baby changing and Breastfeeding
Baby changing facilities are available on the ground floor next to the toilets.
Breastfeeding is welcome throughout the venue. A quiet space is available for those who prefer privacy. Please ask one of our stewards to direct you if you wish to use this.
Lifts
There is a lift available within the experience to access the mezzanine and balcony levels. Please note the door to the lift is 900mm wide and can hold up to 400kg of weight. Please note the lift is unable to accommodate mobility scooters
Shop
Remember your visit forever with a souvenir from our gift-shop which will be selling exclusive merchandise only available at the experience.
Food and Drink
There will be no food or drink available to purchase at the BBC Earth Experience. However there will be vendors outside the venue. There is no food or drink allowed into the venue.
There is a drinking water station available at the venue to refill water bottles.
